CIP - CRADLE INVESTMENT PROGRAMIn May 2003, as part of the national stimulus package, the Ministry of Finance allocated RM100 million to Malaysia Venture Capital Management Berhad (MAVCAP) to spearhead seed investment, nurture entrepreneurial development and generate new ICT opportunities. Using these funds, MAVCAP created the Cradle Investment Programme (CIP) which is a conversion platform of raw ideas into viable and commercial ventures.
